Say hello to the Venus pendant, she gets her namesake from the Roman Goddess Venus. The Roman Goddess represents love, sex, beauty, fertility and even prostitution. She shares her namesake with the planet Venus who was also named after the Goddess for appearing to be the brightest planet by ancient astronomers. The "brightest" planet is also the most dangerous being covered in acid clouds. But this juxtaposition of "good" and "bad" is the important message behind this little pendant.
